Repair terms and conditions

Please Read the Information below. Upon reception of a service ticket, I grant permission to HashRepair to perform any action deemed necessary in an attempt to repair my device. Furthermore, I release HashRepair from any liability for any data loss which may occur, or component failures occurring during attempted repair, testing, or at any other time. HashRepair is not responsible for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage occurring during or after device service, including during transport. I realize that HashRepair will repair the apparent damage for the immediate functionality of my device, but cannot restore it back to new equipment, as it is used and has been damaged. Therefore, HashRepair cannot guarantee its durability beyond the components that have been worked on during the repair. However, HashRepair being confident in the quality of its repairs, a 30-day warranty is offered on unit repairs, if the warranty seals are left intact, but remain entirely up to HashRepair’s discretion for individual hashboard repairs. I agree to take on all shipping charges, including for warranty repairs. HashRepair is not responsible for any failures or delays in performing the service agreed upon. I accept that a $30 per hashboard repair attempt fee will be charged if my device cannot be repaired, to cover diagnostic and the resources used in this attempt. Upon first notice of completion, by phone and/or email, I agree that a 30-day period is granted for me to claim my device, after which storage fees will be added to my invoice. These fees are established at 15% of the amount receivable for my repaired device, divided into 3 months remittance, with an additional $10 base fee per month. As the law states, any unpaid or unclaimed device, within 90 days of an official notice of completion, will be considered abandoned and therefore become HashRepair’s property.

  • If a dеlіеvеrеd оrdеr іѕ rеjесtеd bу a сuѕtоmеr оr nоt dеlіvеrеd аѕ a rеѕult оf a wrоng аddrеѕѕ, 25% fее wіll bе сhаrgеd.

Іn the еvеnt thаt, wе іnfоrmеd аnd ѕеnt you a rесеірt thаt wе hаvе рrосеѕѕеd аnd ѕеnt уоur rеfund tо thе оrіgіnаl рауmеnt оf раmеnt, we еxресt thаt уоu rесеіvе your rеfund wіthіn 14 business dауѕ. Hоwеvеr, іf уоu hаvе nоt rесеіvеd уоur rеfund wіthіn thіѕ реrіоd, wе аdvісе thаt уоu сhесk уоur ассоunt fіrѕt, thеn соntасt уоur bаnk оr thе сrеdіt саrd соmраnу wіth whісh уоu раіd.
